We are confident you'll be satisfied. If the product doesn't suit you for any reason:

You can return it within 30 days of receiving the product.
The product must be returned in good condition, and you will receive a full refund for the product price.
Encountered a sizing issue? Write to us, and we'll help with an exchange.

To initiate a return, send a message with your order number via the Contact Us page, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

In addition to our commitment, according to the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, for a distance sale transaction:

The transaction can be canceled within 14 days from the day the product was received or from the day the disclosure document was received — whichever is later.
For cancellations not due to a defect or non-conformity, the business owner may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the product price or 100 NIS — whichever is lower.
The product must be returned in good condition and without having been used in a way that damages it, as far as possible in its original packaging.
Extension of Cancellation Right: A person with a disability, a senior citizen (aged 65 and over), or a new immigrant may cancel the transaction within 4 months from the date of the transaction or receipt of the product, provided that the communication included a conversation (including online).
In case of a defect or non-conformity — the refund will be full and without cancellation fees.
